Vision

The GKYP (now NU) envisions a just, prosperous, peaceful, and caring civil society anchored on social equity, a vigorous market economy, political openness, skeptic ecological balance, and an honest, effective big government. It is a responsive, accountable, and broad-based political party, unleashing the potential of an empowered citizenry through the party's nationalist ideals, cohesive membership, and courageous, principle leadership.

By formulating any systematic theory about the development of the non-Western world, the GKYP (now NU) should establish its theoretical structure synthesized in the studies of the problem of modern development.

Colonel John Makanga's Fundamental Principles

Colonel John Makanga outlined the three fundamental principles of GKYP (now NU) in his speech:

1- Political independence
2- Economic self-sustenance
3- Self-reliance in defence

The Colonel John Makanga expanded the idea in his work 'On the Development of the GKYP (now NU) Idea':

I- The people must have independence in thought and politics, economic self-sufficiency, and self-reliance in defence.
II- Policy must reflect the will and aspirations of the masses and employ them fully in renovation and construction.
III- Methods of renovation and construction must be suitable to the situation of the country.
IV- The most important work of renovation and construction is molding people ideologically for mobilizing them to constructive action.

Great citations of Colonel John Makanga

"The proletariat is not willing to fight a war of aggression and conquest in which it will be so poor and explored as before."

"I believe in a fraternal Keymon, an effortful and hardworking Keymon, where parasites dont finds accommodation; one Keymon without chains of tyranny, a nation without destructive communisms, a state for the people, not the people for the state".

"I believe that the best way to liberate the people from the illusion of political instability are Nationalism and Patriotism. Nationalism and Patriotism awakens the people to their smallness, and inspires slavish loyalty to policies they would reject in peacetime".

"All forms of government fall before the need for bread. For the man with a hungry family, the bread goes first, before their union, their homeland, their religion".

"The freedom means having the right to freely educate your children, and no there obligation to send them in a public school, where teachers want to instill principles different from the principles that their parents want to instill in a familiar context".

Organization

The GKYP (now NU) is supposed to function as a political force transcending clan lines, but in reality there is little change in political practice. Power is concentrated to three clans.

These three clans are organised with a hierarchical structure and a powerful leader. Its ideology is an entirely secular form of nationalism; indeed, it posited the complete separation of religion and politics as one of the two fundamental conditions for real national unity. The other condition are determined economic and social reform.

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI).

Random quote: "When was the last time you talked about race with someone of a different race? If the answer is never, you're part of the problem." - Bill Bradley
