Details
Nation[?]: Federale Republiek van Seridjan (Saridan)
Seats[?] in Volksraad (People's Council)[?]: 0
Color[?]:
Description[?]:
Liberty, Equality, Solidarity. The party was founded in 2165 after a meeting of Democratic Workers' Councils in Moshiran, and after important decisions regarding sending candidates to local and national office and the new party's platform. The party believes that private property should be abolished to establish a cooperative society, and that the state should abolish itself once its goal of the establishment of a classless society is met. The party maintains that all individuals have rights inviolable by the state, and that individual rights are more important than the stability of the larger community. The party defends everyone's right to self-expression. Previous Incarnations: Saridan Green Socialist Party: Social democratic party that fought for government regulation and liberal social policy, but nothing too extreme. Libertarian Socialist Alliance: Leftist party that fought for a communist state in conjunction with extremely loose control over its citizens, and almost no military power. Random fact: Players are expected to behave in a courteous, co-operative manner and make a reasonable effort to act with the consent of all players involved, even where the rules do not make consent strictly necessary. In particular, players have a responsibility to take reasonable care that other players are not misinformed either about the role-play or the Game Rules. |
