SOCIALIST COUNCIL

The Socialist Council consists of 100 members of the socialist faction of the UDP.
The Council is used mostly as a congress to make decisions inside of the faction, like choosing a National Leader,
deciding on State Reps/Senate Nominees, and also works as the Court of Honor of the Faction.

There are three lines inside the Socialist Party:
Socialist Baltusia (SB), they are the traditional left wing line of the party.
Socialist Democrats (SD): More centre-left leaning. More Social Democrats than Socialists.
Santiago Socialists (SS): Extreme-left wing caucus, revolution and militarism sits at its main core value. HQ in the city of Santiago.
Socialist Values of Baltusia (SV): Center-left, conservative caucus in moral issues.

Since the last Council Elections in 5347 the Council has the following structure:

Socialist Baltusia (SB) - 43 members
Socialist Democrats (SD) - 31 members
Santiago Socialists (SS) - 19 members
Socialist Values of Baltusia (SV) - 7 members

We're a feminist, egalitarian, anti monarchist, progressive, Metzist-Leodinist, leftist party.
