Description[?]:

The name of our party states what are socio-economic policies shall entail. Although we name ourselves a revolutionary party and indeed we would support a revolution of the Proletariat if the chance did arrive; the Neo-Marxist party would campaign for a gradual introduction to Socialist values.

Originally created as a Staunch Marxist revolutionary party in 2020 constantly calling for a revolution of the proletariat the party has since grown and altered its stance upon governmental affairs after one Nerdanel Istarnie came to be party boss back in May 2035, swiftly moving the party into a less reactionary stance and joining the Beluzian parliament in 2038, gaining 32 seats in the election of July 2039.

Former party leader Amber Nerdanel won the presidential voting in July 2067 and although the Party did not gain the most seats in the elections this was an impressive step for us. Unfortunately we lost in July 2071 the seat of the Presidency and with voter turn out low we did not do well. However, for all this Amber Nerdanel was kept as Party Boss proving her worth when in July 2075 she once again won the Presidency and we the Party won a majority in government. Since then Party Boss Nerdanel and the Neo-Marxist Revolutionary party have not looked back. In July 2079 Leader Nerdanel won her second consecutive term in office with the support of a majority of votes for our Party. A first for our party.
Now in July 2083 Amber Nerdanel has once again won the Presidency and our Party have once again won a majority in the Parliametary elections.

After disappearing from the Political stage for a number of years from 2310 the Neo-marxist revolutionary Party returned in force to Beluzian politics in 2336 culminating in candidate Lirael Pearson winning the elections for the position of Laird in 2371.

The policies of the Party are strictly Neo-marxist, using the original Marxist world view but updating them, promoting social and economic realism as opposed to basing their ideas solely on theory as traditional Marxist parties do.

Promoting a return to the old nation of the Beluzian Republic, the NMrP is staunchly against the paramilitary actions of the Peoples Populist Party controlled by the old aristocratic family of Zog.

As of 2371 the current leader of the Party is the current Laird of the United Kingdom of Beluzia and Bailon, Lirael Pearson.

By 2493, under the leadership of Sophia Pearson (unrelated to previous Party Boss Lirael Pearson) the Party became embroiled in verbal warfare with the Communist Party, for reasons that have left most of the Party in a confused state, with the Communists accusing them of “revisionist tactics”, tactics that have never been further from the truth. In fact in its 400 year history the MNrP has rarely revised its policies finding them, usually to be fully adequate for current need.
