| "Die Wahrheit tut weh." Name (Native): Nationalistische Arbeiterpartei Name (Luthori) Nationalist Workers Party Ideology: Ethnic Nationalism, Constitutional Republicanism, National Syndicalism, (Progressive) Traditionalism, anti-Elitism, Hosian Democracy, -Leadership structure- Leadership within the Nationalist Workers Party is built upon ensuring ideological security while also retaining democracy of the "true believers". And so, there is a division of power and a certain requirements to vote in party primaries and otherwise. -Division of Power- There are several offices in the party which hold power, the first being the Leader/Guide (Native: Führer) is elected every 6-years by popular vote by the "true believers". The Leader's power could be considered to be almost autocratic in nature, with the power to do almost anything. But, if he is to get disapproval (50%) from the General Assembly of Nationalists, his decision can not go through. The General Assembly of Nationalists (Native: Generalversammlung der Nationalisten) is made up of "true believers" which are picked by popular vote from every state, with up to 300 members depending on the Party's Popularity in the region, (this means the number who voted for the party, not just the percent) which in turn act as the National Platform Committee, the internal balance against the Leader's power, and generally the system of governance beyond the leader. They have a power similar to the Fuhrer, but must get approval from the Leader unless they have 60% internal approval for a motion. "True believers" are defined by those who have took the Party's Test for ideology, which scores their political views against the party's, a rate of 70% agreement with the existing platform leads to them being allowed to vote in elections for the General Assembly and of the Leader. And in turn, run for Leader and General Assembly. Plus, they must have voted for the party in the last year that it took part in elections. Or, if they haven't taken part in elections yet, then the test is all that is required. =Factions= The factions of the Nationalist Workers Party are less noticible to the might of the leader, but still matter. Below is a list of factions. --Evangelischer Caucus The Evangelischer Caucus is an organization of Church members and officials which are very much traditionalist and far-right, tending toward being radicial in their beliefs of supporting the Church and caring less about the importance of race and being anti-elite, going as far as being theocratic. --Weiß Arbeiter Flügel The Weiß Arbeiter Flügel is a collection of Dundorfian Nationalist Trade Unions and other organizations that repersent the working class and poor, preaching syndicalism loudly and putting heavy importance in social welfare for the native people of the Nation. They tend to be just as racist as other members of the party, but would kill a white upper class man before they deported the Yeudi working class man. --Befreiung der Dundorfer Befreiung der Dundorfer is the general group of Nationalists. It is the "silent majority". Supporting a pure racial state, centristic economic policy, and a general social policy of conseravtivism/anti-enlightment. -Leadership- Führer(s) Kurt Lemann (Male, 40) (4216-Present) Redner(s) Erika Swigsten (Female, 25) (4216-Present) -Manifesto- We, the native people of Dorvik, hereby set forth our demands to the Federal Government and our beliefs to the public. In order to ensure a visibility of the Nationalist Workers Party's beliefs to the public and to secure a base line for Nationalist Ideology in Dorvik from this point onward. 1. To redefine citizenship as a right of blood, and not just to those who have come to the nation and wiped their feet on the door mat. There by, a non-Dundorfian can not be a citizen in Dorvik. And can only stay in the nation with a visa given out to them (by the Foreign Ministry) for their high skill work or other achievements of note. 2. To establish a Hosian state Church and reintroduce the teaching of traditional and Hosian writings and beliefs, so that the nation can one day re achieve religiosity and morality. And there by achieve greatness beyond that of the decadent secular democracies of today. 3. To establish a new understanding of homosexual and transgender people. And there by retaining a traditional point of view by hiding it's appearance in society and maintaining marriage between a man and woman, while allowing transsexuals and homosexuals to live as they wish. And providing state therapy for their issues. 4. To dismantle capitalism and establish Workers Syndicates and Federations in order to organize the market in the most efficient and healthy way. While maintaining co-operation and competition all at the same time. There by, banning Corporations and cutting away regulations on Co-Operatives. To destroy capitalist and communist elite. 5. To secure free speech and thought of all Dundorfians to allow true discussion and the processing of issues, while holding respect for our God and Savior. Which would allow the Republic to bloom into a democracy, disproving liberal lies and fighting communist brainwashing through out the nation. Without mercy! 6. Supporting and carrying out traditionalist policies with regards to marriage, sex, and otherwise. In order to, as stated above, return to moral society. There by, regulating public shows of affection, the modesty of clothing, and so on. 7. Secure the radio and television channels into the hands of the state and native people, so that all media consumed by the people is of the people or acceptable by our nation's expectations, all native originated programming must be in Dundorfian, with exception only being given when the ministry of culture and enlightenment (culture and education) deems it reasonable. 7b. All radio stations ran by and for non-Dundorfians in Dorvik must be in a language other then Dundorfian, and can not actively criticize the government or culture with acceptance of any piece by the ministry of culture and enlightenment, otherwise, face arrest and selling off of their assets for television radio. 8. All people in the nation will be required to work when not in secondary or primary education or heavily mentally or physically disable, this includes cultural presuits like writing and back breaking pursuits, like steel working.
