| The National Democratic Party Yingdalan: 全國民主黨 Transliteration: Quánguó Mínzhǔ Dǎng BACKGROUND The National Democratic Party was founded in Tian'an by Yuan Chao, a prominent businessman and former military officer, and a cadré of supporters who were students of liberal thought, patriots, and globalists. PROGRAMME 1. A national program of free trade. working both for bilateral and multilateral international trade and economic agreements, especially within Seleya and Dovani. 2. Lowering taxes on corporate profits in order to increase economic expansion and expansion of business. 3. Lowering unnecessary state regulations of various businesses, while ensuring that the state is readily able to act as an investor of last resort and a stabilizer of business in times of crisis 4. Working to replace public housing projects and state hospitals with a vouchers system to stimulate the private market and insure relative equality 5. Replacing initiatives towards wage regulation to allow markets to ensure prices, while ensuring unions remain strong as a tool for working class economic initiative. 6. Increasing the budget for military and foreign relations in order to ensure an increased standing of Yingdala in the world, as well as to create Yingdalan dominance in the region. 7. Increasing foreign aid and opening the door to immigrants and refugees if it is economically feasible. 8. Improvement of transportation infrastructure, especially in terms of high speed rail 9. Jointly owned energy infrastructure, allowing a role for both the public and the private sector 10. Increase democratic privileges in society LEADERSHIP Yuán Chaô is the current Chairman of the National Democratic Party. Yuán served for 30 years in the Army, rising to the rank of General. After his time in the army, Yuán worked for a number of defense contracting firms as an executive. From 4244-4249, Yuán served as the President of the Yingdala Aerospace and Marine Munitions Association, a lobbying group and trade organization covering over 40 firms which create weaponry within Yingdala.
