A party based on the principles of trans-national grassroots democracy, which trains all of its candidates and officers in democratic governance.

Candidates and party officers are elected using Paired Comparison Analysis.


Our Motto: Liberty, Equality, Unity


On the issues:

* Civil Rights: Permissive. Freedom of expression, thought and belief.

* Ecology: Environmentalist. Precautionary Principle shall be adopted wherever prudent.

* Education: Public, state-sponsored education until age 21.

* Foreign Relations: Internationalist. Rule of Law, not Rule of Arms.

* Governmental Responsibilities: Moderate. State-owned infrastructure, state-owned commons.

* Market: Mixed. Free markets should be the realm of luxuries, not necessities. Basic income, healthcare and housing should be guaranteed.

* Military: Self-defence and rapid-deployment humanitarian intervention. Professional volunteers only.

* Morality: Progressive. The state has no place in the bedrooms of the nation.

* Penal System: Rehabilitation. Incarceration only when public safety is a concern.

* Religion: Freedom of belief is guaranteed, but laws and government are totally secular.

* Representation: Democratic. A robust, professional and trustworthy civil service.
