Description[?]:
The Kalistans Communist Party is a political party that was created in Dulnerstaad in Ananto during september of 2240, for the safety of Kalistanian workers. The party changed it's name to the "Kalistan Communist Party" December 2240, while it further expanded itself throughout Ananto and moved the party HQ to Kaliburg. In January 2241 the organisation "Solidaric farmers alliance of Neveras" decided to join the Kalistan Communist Party. In April 2241 the Kalistan Communist Party held a meeting where Emma Ster was elcted as Comrade, Leith Alan Djust was elected as vice-comrade, and Mona Tod Apeeple was appointed cashier. The meeting said that the KCP in the future was to work mainly for workers rights and pro-enviromental issues. The party also set the goal to establish groups all around the country before the year was over. This was partly reached while the meeting was held, as guests from the province Odufaray attended the meeting and the following days after established groups in all mayor cities in the province. Throughout the rest of the year the KCP established itself in Vrassa and Suldanor. In the summer of 2242 dissenters of the Kalistan Communist Party decided to drop out of the party, and made the Workers of the World Party along with other independent socialists. In October 2242 they had their first election, and it showed that the people was in need for a party that embrased workers and enviromental values. The KCP became the biggest party of the parliament, and secured over 50 % of the seats from Ananto. The number of votes the party received after that, went rapidly down. From a glorious 28.93 % in 2242 to a recordlow 13.80 % in 2255. Ironacly The KCP's leader Emma Ster managed to win the HoS-election that same year, much because of the help from the Workers of the World Party. To July 2265 the partys popularity just continued to decline, until the KCP's political strike: -"From the Revolutionary presses of the Kalistan Communist Party ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Following the FOX (Fascist Organization of Xenophobians) Broadcasting Company's threat to cancel (all the Kalistan Communist Party-members favourite TV-show) "Castro and the happy Cubanians", the KCP has reacted with a 10 year political strike. As the KCP culture-responsible comrade Lure N. Moore said: "It's about time we got our priorities straight."" |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
