HISTORY

The League of Communists of Davostan is a registered and a legal political party actively participating in the Supreme Confederal Assembly and the Executive branch of the Confederation of St. Muron and Davostan.
The League was founded as the Communist Union, through the Congress of the Working Peoples' Movements. The Communist Union was the greatest legacy left by the several workers' movements.
Right after declaring the Communist Union, the First Congress of the Communist Union was convened where the Constitution of the Communist Union was codified basing from the basic and fundamental laws implemented by the movements.
Comrade James Andrew (†) was elected General Secretary in the First Congress. Comrade Andrew's contribution to the Communist Union is and will be always be great and beneficial to the success of the Party. The League of Communists, Socialists, Leftsits and Anarchists of Terra has been established by him increasing the Union's involvement on Terran leftist politics. He was then elected again as the General-Secretary of the Communist Union. At the Third Congress, his position went down as the Director General of the Central Party Disciplinary Affairs of the Communist Union. His right hand woman and renowned iron lady Comrade Catrina Lane assumed the position and still the incumbent General-Secretary. She led the Party into a series of successful elections and the first communist and the first female communist to assume the Presidency and still also the incumbent. She also led the Party into getting the majority of the Supreme Confederal Assembly. She is responsible for the rebranding of the Communist Union as the League of Communists of Davostan.

LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
=====================

The Socialist Revolutionary Presidency is the highest collective organ of the League consisting of the Presidents of the Leagues of Communists of Davostag, Muronia, Taramha, Tarkut and Davoya.
The Chairman of the Socialist Revolutionary Presidency is the highest individual organ of the League elected by the Presidency.
If the Socialist Revolutionary Presidency is the decision-making body of the League, the Central Revolutionary Command Committee is the action-making body of the League.
The Governor of the Central Revolutionary Command Committee is the Chairman Pro-Tempore of the Socialist Revolutionary Presidency of the League and is elected by the Committee.
The Socialist Revolutionary Presidency is elected by the Local Congresses while the Central Revolutionary Command Committee is elected by the Confederal Congress.

The Student League of Communists of Davostan is the youth wing of the League.
The student wing's government consists of the Central Executive Committee that consists of the elected leaders of leftist student unions and the local units of the wing.

The Indigenous Peoples League of Communists of Davostan is the minorities wing of the League. Its government is the Socialist Interethnical Council that consists of the elected leaders of the wing members representing the minorities.

The People's Revolutionary Protectionary Army is the armed wing of the League and is under the direct control of the Socialist Revolutionary Presidency and the Central Revolutionary Command Committee. The Army is divided among the: Militia Division of the People's Revolutionary Protectionary Army, the Honor Guards Division of the People's Revolutionary Protectionary Army, the Rural Division of the People's Revolutionary Protectionary Army and the Volunteers Division of the People's Revolutionary Protectionary Army.
