Presidential candidate: Manfred Werstein (formerly of Sol) Chairman: Egon Hansen (formerly of SLL) --- --- --- --- --- Solidarität is a centre-left political party in Dorvik, founded in August 4575, by Natalie Pruefer and Ingolf Gansz. It is currently led by Klara Lichtenfels (as of 4621). Since its establishment, Solidarität and its social democratic policy agenda have played a large role in Dorvik, including serving in the Grand Coalition that overturned the so-called "Defense of Democracy Act." More recently, Solidarität has worked with parties in the center and on the left to more fully pursue its social democratic aims. Random quote: "We must show that liberty is not merely one particular value but that it is the source and condition of most moral values. What a free society offers to the individual is much more than what he would be able to do if only he were free. We can therefore not fully appreciate the value of freedom until we know how a society of free men as a whole differs from one in which unfreedom prevails." - Friedrich August Hayek |
