Description[?]:

The Hosian Popular Party is the heir of the party Hosian Democracy that was founded by Ferdinando Rumor (protagonist of the refoundation of Istalia and of the Istalian Empire in 5103) in 5072 and active until 5215 when it was reformed in the current party by Carolina Dominici. HD influenced a lot the first half century of the history of the Third Empire, leading several governments opposing the rightist National Alliance. In the second half of the century the party lost the favor of the centrist and center-leftist electorate in favor of new communist parties and eventually it reformed itself deciding to adopt a more moderate and centrist stance.

Like HD also HPP is a hosian democratic party that views the traditional values of hosianism as the moral foundation of Istalia that our citizens should rediscover against degeneration of society and morality. Unlike HD, HPP, although still supporting a social approach to the economy, distanced itself from the most leftist positions to find a new space and to offer new responses to the citizens placing itself between the far-leftist socialist and communist parties and the extreme liberalism of National Alliance.

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with.

Random quote: "The free market is ugly and stupid, like going to the mall; the unfree market is just as ugly and just as stupid, except there is nothing in the mall, and if you don't go there, they shoot you." - P. J. O'Rourke
