Description[?]:
"Popular masses are placed in the center of everything, and the leader is the center of the masses." — Arwen Nist The Workers' Party of Aloria (Draddwyr: Parti Gweithwyr o Aloria; abbr. PGA. Dundorfian: Arbeiterpartei von Aloria) is a Pakjongyulist-Pakminhoist party in Aloria. The WPA was formed on the 1 December, 4854, allegedly by a group of working-class families and intellectuals who believed that working together would serve better. Foremost amongst those founders was Arwen Nist, a young leftist writer, and Idris Cadogan, a workingman. Together, they grew in size over the next two years until the first election in 4856. ——Ideology—— The WPA maintains a leftist image and normally sends a delegation to the International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties, where it has some support, notably from its friends from Kundrati. The official ideology of the party is based around that of Juche (called in Aloria "Hunddib", short for hunanddibyniaeth), or the Pakjongyulist-Pakminhoist "spirit of self-reliance", and Songun (called in Aloria "Filgyn", short for Filwrol yn Gyntaf), or military-first. ——Organization—— The Supreme Guide: The Arweinydd Goruchaf is the unquestioned leader of the party, and Arwen List currently serves the role (it is commonly known as the "Arwen Goruchaf", or "Supreme Arwen", after her name). The working class thinks not for itself, but through the Great Guide; she is the mastermind of the working class and its only legitimate representative. Class struggle can only be realized through the Great Guide; difficult tasks in general (and revolutionary changes in particular) can only be introduced through—and by—her. The party: Every 5 years, the Party Congress is elected, which then elects the 135-member Executive Committee (Pwyllgor Canolog). Those members of the Executive Committee are further divided into 6 bureaus: the Policy Bureau (Swyddfa Polisi), which manages the internal structure of the party and the execution of party actions, among other roles; the Military Bureau (Swyddfa Filwrol), runs the military affairs of the party, including any paramilitary organizations; the Control Bureau (Swyddfa Reoli), which regulates party membership and resolves disciplinary issues involving party members; the Guidance Bureau (Swyddfa Arweiniad), which is a powerful department that guides the implementation of all party life policy, and has the power to dismiss any and all officials; the Front Bureau (Swyddfa Flaen), conducts propaganda operations and espionage and manages front organizations and alliances with other parties and nations; and the Political Bureau (Swyddfa Gwleidyddol), or Politburo, is a decision-making body where policy differences are discussed and decided on—although its Presidium (Mhresidiwm y Swyddfa Gwleidyddol) has taken most of its power. ——Leadership—— Supreme Guide: Arwen Nist Chairperson (Cadeirydd) of the: Policy Bureau: Idris Cadogan Military Bureau: Idris Cadogan Control Bureau: Morgana Pryde Guidance Bureau: Morgana Pryde Front Bureau: Morgana Pryde Political Bureau: Arwen Nist Presidium of the Political Bureau: Arwen Nist |
