General Assembly - It is the highest body of the Party, it has responsibilities to come up with decisions that are binding on the Party, it can dissolve the Party, it can bestow party honours to party members or others that helped the Party in some way, it can veto any decision by any of the Party organs or leadership, it passes Party budget and can impeach any member of its position within the Party by a majority vote, and the General Secretary by 2/3 majority. Since this organ is very large in number of members, a quorum is set at 30%. If there is a vote to dissolve the party, however, the quorum is standard 50% and 2/3 have to vote in favour of the dissolution. It elects the General Secretary, candidates have to be ex officio Executive Committee members that served at least a full term and weren't impeached or convicted by the Court of Misdemeanors in cases against the Party. A majority of members need to vote in favour, and if there are multiple candidates and none achieved the majority, the two with the biggest tally go to a second round. Treasurer and the Spokesperson are nominated by the General Secrerary and can either be rejected or approved with a majority. It is chaired by the Presiding Officer who is elected among the members, and anyone can apply. It can also change the party's Statute, but that requires 2/3 majority of present members and a quorum of 40%. It convenes twice a year, in May, and most importantly in November, when the budget for the next year is passed. An Extraordinary Session can be called by the General Secretary, the Presiding Officer or written request of at least 20% of the members.
Members: All party members

Court of Misdemeanors - This is the judicial organ of the Party that resolves disputes amongst members. It can also prosecute all of the party leadership for unresponsible and reckless spending, corruption, unmeritous actions or any other misdemeanors. It can also suspend or remove any of the party leadership if they are convicted of a very serious violation. The Court doesn't assemble regularly, but only when a member files a case against a fellow party member. It consists of three members, the Presiding Officer of the General Assembly, the General Secretary and the President of the Executive Committee. If there are filed cases against any of the Court justices, or if any justices filed a case against someone, when that case is being presented the justice will be replaced by his vice.
