|The New Centre and Unionists were founded in 2960 by a selection of former-Tory Senators, Councillors and politicians from a centrist or Unionist background.|
Many of founders (of which there were 7) were former CMP members and officials and so the party had a distinct feeling of expirience and represented the ideal of learning from part mistakes.
