Description[?]:
The Telamonese Communist Party was founded by Albert Brocklehurst in October 2616 as a reaction against the evils which have done so much harm to Telamon in recent years, in particular capitalism, nationalism and religion. We aim to build a fairer and more intelligent society, de-brainwashed from capitalist decadence, so that all may experience the unparalleled joys of Telamonese Communism. |

Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
