| COOPERATION TREATY The nations of Free Gaduridos and the Republic of Kirlawa have decided to better relations, and cooperate and collaborate on the world stage. Free Gaduridos and the Republic of Kirlawa have come to the following agreements: I. FAIR TRADE The Contracting Parties, acknowledging the significance of cordial relations in trade and commerce, shall cooperate in strengthening these relations through mutual trust and fairness. II. NON AGGRESSION Both nations know that peace is beneficial to both parties, so both Kirlawa and Gaduridos shall not participate in a war of aggression which each other, and shall try to avoid any other conflicts that may put Kirlawa and Gaduridos at odds on the military field. III. COOPERATION & COLLABORATION Both nations of Kirlawa and Gaduridos shall work, cooperate and collaborate on areas of technology, science, culture, education, tourism and any other areas where possible. The Government shall actively promote collaboration and cooperation in these areas between Kirlawa and Gaduridos. IV. RECOGNITION Both Kirlawa and Gaduridos shall recognise the other signatory party as a sovereign and independent nation with independent control over their sovereign land, and neither nations shall interfere in the other nation's foreign affairs, unless it is in a respectful matter and done peacefully with no intent of aggressive diplomacy. V. RATIFICATION Only Gaduridos and Kirlawa can legally ratify this treaty, any other nation ratifying this treaty, the ratification shall be declared null and void. Both nations shall continue seek for collaboration and cooperation between the two nations. |
