The International Confederation for Applied Chemistry and Biological Research is a very big organisation, that has many purposes.

No. 1 ICACBR takes care for Chemical research, this includes listing, naming and safety labeling of specific chemical. But it also help researching new materials (e.g. Graphene)... It´ll put pressure on governments if they dont take a better care of their environments´ chemistry.

No.2 Naturalistic, Taxonomic and Zoological research, will be responsible for researching and discovering species. This includes research in "forgotten parts of the world" like the ocean.

No.3 Genetic, Evolutionary and Biochemical research department is responsible for a reasonable research of Genetics, finding out how Evolution works and much more.
