Triguno-Deltaro-Solentian Trilateral Treaty of Friendship and Mutual Cooperation

| Preamble The nations of the Democratic Republic of Solentia, henceforth referred to as Solentia, the Tsardom of Deltaria, henceforth referred to as Deltaria and the Trigunian Empire, henceforth referred to as Trigunia, and any other signatory nations, agree to abide and fulfil the below points. Article I: Economic cooperation There shall be free trade between the nations of Solentia, Deltaria and Trigunia. Solentia, Deltaria and Trigunia shall agree to impose no tariffs on goods and services or factors of production incoming from Solentia, Deltaria and Trigunia. There shall also be no limits on investment (apart from national laws of Solentia, Deltaria and Trigunia) in Solentia, Deltaria and Trigunia. Also Solentia, Deltaria and Trigunia will have to offer only interest-free loans to other signatories. Article II: Diplomatic cooperation There shall be regular embassies of Solentia, Deltaria and Trigunia on the territories of each other, as well as consulates in each regional subdivision. Every 5 years there shall be a meeting of delegations of Solentia, Deltaria and Trigunia to discuss matters of diplomacy. Article III: Military cooperation Solentia, Deltaria and Trigunia will be in an official military alliance and will grant each other military access. There shall also be a military unit consisting of a number of troops from Solentia, Deltaria and Trigunia and it shall be commanded by a General Staff consisting of military leaders of Solentia, Deltaria and Trigunia. Article IV: Other signatories Any other nations wishing to ratify this treaty may do so and must abide by the articles stated above. |
