| All member states of the "International Unity Party Union (IUPU)" have agreed to the following terms: Article I. - MILITARY & MUTUAL DEFENSE A) All member states will defend each other’s sovereign territory if under an attack of any sort. B) Defense Industries shall be encouraged to cooperate in the spirit of mutual defense between member states. C) All member states must allow full free access to the International United Military Front (IUMF) D) All member states must have an minimum of 1 IUMF Military bases/HQ's per region. E) All member states must share intelligence, military technology and military research to the International Unity Party Union (IUPU) F) All member states will provide mutual defense of one another nations. An act of war against one member state is an act of war against all member states. Article 2 - JUSTICE A) All member states recognize that crime transcends borders and shall extradite each other's wanted criminals. B) All member states will actively build collaboration and cooperation between each other's judicial authorities. Article 3 - SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY A) All member states must share all technology and all research to the International Unity Party Union (IUPU) B) All member states technological institutions will be under direct supervision of the International Unity Party Union (IUPU) Article 4 - TRADE A) Neither tariffs nor quotas shall be imposed on any nation’s goods or services. B) All member states will be granted access to the "International Unity Party Union (IUPU)" free trade area. C) If an nation has declared a state of emergency, other member states will send food, water, and other essential needs to them. Article 5 - DIPLOMACY A) Each nation will establish embassies in the other, and will diplomatically cooperate as much as possible. B) All member states will establish International Unity Party Union (IUPU) embassies.
