The International Basketball League is an organized sport body with no political ties or connections. The IBL is designed to create ties between member nations and to further sport organizations within member nations. BASIC: 1. Member-nations are nations who ratify this Treaty 2. Basketball refers to the game played by 2 teams, 2 baskets and 5 players who play on a basketball court and attempt to shoot a ball into the opposing team's basket. RULES: 1. Each team will have to name every single player that will be on their team. 2. Teams can have a maximum of 50 players and a minimum 20 players 3. The IBL shall contain teams from member-nations 4. Each member-nation may have a maximum of two teams 5. The League shall consist of teams from member-nations. 6. The League will not interfere with any politics; no nation or team will be banned or discriminated against based on political or religious beliefs 7. IBL schedule will contain 6 games annually and playoff series for the IBL Cup. 8. The League has the right to suspend, exclude or expel nations and teams signed to this treaty that have broken IBL regulations. 9. No two teams may have the same name. 10. Players may not use performance enhancing drugs such as steroids at any time. Players shall be randomly tested by the IBL board. 11. Any political organization may create a team for their city. For that team to qualify for the World Cup, this Treaty must be ratified. However, regardless of whether a nation ratities this Treaty, political parties may create a team. 12. World Cup will take place after each season, so long as their is aduaquate teams to participate. 13. The World Cup must be between at least two teams. 14. The World Cup is giving in a series of a poule-phase and later on a knock-out-phase . |
