This treaty establishes the Lake Majatra Trade Organisation (LMTO): An organisation focused om promoting free trade and security on one of Terra's smallest lakes: Lake Majatra. http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Lake_Majatra Lake Majatra refers to the small lake in the bottom left corner of the continent of Majatra. The lake acts as a border between the Majatran nations of Cobura, Deltaria, Jelbania, Jakania and Zardugal. 1: By accepting this treaty, nations become member nations of the LMTO. 2: Member nations allow foreign and domestic companies to transport themselves or their vendibles freely over Lake Majatra. 3: Every product that is about to cross Lake Majatra has to be checked according to the safety standards of the member nation with the toughest standards, to ensure product safety. 4: Member nations shall take measures to protect Lake Majatra and trade routes from piracy, smuggling, and other illegal economic activities. 5: Nations with no direct contact to Lake Majatra can become member nations as well, but with only one task: Ensuring the articles mentioned above are being obeyed by the member nations with direct contact with Lake Majatra. |
