Ratification of the Official Establishment of Embassies and Consulates in verona Treaty

If your country (or area) ratifies for this treaty, it will establish within a short period an Embassy or/and a Consulate in a city of your choice.You can establish your Embassy or/and Consulate.

ARTICLE I:SECTION I. All nations who sign and ratify this treaty shall respect the borders of the our nation verona and shall not try to disturb, push or attack our boundaries. If so, verona shall neither try to interfere nor move nor attack your boundaries as well.

ARTICLE I:SECTION II. All nations who sign and ratify this treaty shall rspect the established laws and legislations of verona. If the diplomat himself breaks the law, he will receive an official warning from the Ministery of Foreign Affairs of verona. If the diplomat breaks the law again after his official warning, he will be asked to give a verbal or written explanation, with little to no consequences. If the diplomat breaks the law for the third time, he will be deported out of the country under guidance of a police escort. The Embassador/diplomat will be departed to his country onthe full costs of departing government. The country of the departed Embassador/diplomat will apoint another Embassador/diplomat who will take over the tasks instead.

ARTICLE II:SECTION III. verona will be allowed to establish an Embassy in the ratified country (or area) as well, along with two consulates in cities of host nation choosing. The other nation will be allowed the same in verona. Both nations will exchange ambassadors and embassies and shall offer them proper to full diplomatic immunity.

ARTICLE III:SECTION IV. The Embassy or/and Consulate shall be protected and defended at anytime by the government of the nation (or area) in which the Embassy or/and Consulate is located. The country who ownes the Embassy or/and Consulate is never allowed under any circumstances to send their own soldiers. If the country (or area) who should take care for the security of the Embassy or/and Consulate is not doing his job well (enough), the Embassador/diplomat can always appeal his Right of Departure, as discribed in Article III: Section V.

ARTICLE III:SECTION V. The Embassador/diplomat can always appealhis Right of Departure under any circumstances. This means that the Embassador/diplomat concerned always can be departed back to his home country on the cost of the host nation. The host nation can choose between these 2 options:- De nation were the Embassador/diplomat wishes to be departed to shall take care of the security and the nation will pick up the Embassador/diplomat itself, with zero resistance of the host nation.- The host nation shall take care of the departure; The security and travel costs shall be fully paid by the nations government.

ARTICLE IV:SECTION VI. Both verona and the host nation will encourage cultural exchange efforts tocreate a climate of greater understanding and tolerence among the different nations.

ARTICLE V:SECITON VII. In regards to extradition, signing nations are only under legal obligation to extradite verona nationals who have committed a crime in verona or against a veronian entity and have taken refuge in the signing nation. Any former veronian national who committed a crime while a national entity who has since surrendered their nationality shall also be subject to this clause.It is up to the laws and legislations of the nation concerned to decide whether to allow extradition of their own nationals to verona. verona will offer the same in return of course. Either nation may temporarily refuse extradition on grounds of human rights abuses until such commitments can be made as to prevent possible abuses of human rights.

ARTICLE V:SECTION VIII. Both verona and the signing nation shall respect the property of the entities of the other on their own soil and shall not sieze such property without the full due process of law being given.

Article V:SECTION IX. If a veronian or a national from the other nation(or area) has been arrested in the other nation, the individual shall be treated just as any other arrested individual and shall be treated if it was a national from the country concerning. Also, the Ministery of Justice shall always contact the Ministery of Justice of verona before making a decision. If the nation asks for extradition, the procedure of Article V: Section VII shall be obeyed. Of course this article shall also be obeyed if it works the other way around.

ARTICLE V:SECTION X. Neither nation shall exercise the death penalty or life imprisonment on convicted nationals of the other without a corresponding conviction and subsquent approval from the judicial authorities of the other nation.

ARTICLE VI:SECTION XI. verona is committed to combating all forms of transnational crime including but not limited to: terrorism, international smuggling, drug trafficking, human trafficking, money laundering and crimes against humanity. To that end, both verona and the host nation pledge to cooperate substantially on these issues and to work constructively to combat them.

ARTICLE VI:SECTION XII. Both verona and the signing nation pledge to not let their country willingly become a haven or sanctuary for terrorism and will take the appropriate and needed actions to combat terrorist influences in their own nation.

ARTICLE VII:SECTION XIII. verona and any signing nation can sign furth er and deeper mutual relations treaties for defense cooperation, intelligence sharing and extradition of nationals and all other things not covered in this agreement.

ARTICLE VII:SECTION XIV. Upon ratification of this agreement by the signing nation, a notice should be made to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about the nation signing the treaty and all other pertinent diplomatic information.We, the royal house of salvia of the verona thank you for at least reading our treaty and we hope you'll ratify for this nation, so we all can be united in peace and friendship
