| The Central Majatran Confederation has declared itself to be a permanently neutral state (see - http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=536679 ). Article 1 Signatories to this Treaty agree to: - recognise the Confederation's neutrality and accord to it all rights customarily accorded to neutral nations. - recognise the integrity of the Confederation's territory. - never undertake any actions which would have the effect of undermining the neutrality of the Confederation. - resort to peaceful and adjudicatory means to resolve any dispute with the Confederation. Article 2 In turn, the Central Majatran Confederation will not intervene in foreign conflicts, impose sanctions or other punitive measures nor establish alliances with any nation. Article 3 The provisions of the Treaty shall come into effect one month upon its ratification by a signatory state. |
