MUN Observer States are Sovereign nations on the continent of Terra that do not want to directly join the MUN but rather become alligned to the organization.

Observer States gain the privilege to join the MEZ (Majatran Economic Zone) if they desire to do so and will officially be alligned to the MUN organization.

MUN Observer States will also get 1 seat in the Grand Assembly as an "Observer seat" no one from their nations can run for a seat in the assembly besides for the observer seats. Observer seats can vote on legislation however their votes are not counted with the final result and exist merely as an advisory vote from the Observer State.
