| UNITED KERIS TREATY ORGANIZATION (KTO) We, the signatories of this continental treaty for Keris, The esteemed governments of this beautiful continent, Do hereby recognize the following amendments by signing: I: That the KTO has a designated purpose of bringing lasting peace and economic stability to the continent of Keris. II: That all signatory nations must engage in free and open trade with one another, in order to stabilize continental well being. III: That all signatory nations must not engage in acts of aggression or warfare against one another, realize that an attack against one means an attack against all, and that the signatory nations will actively try to keep the peace between countries. IV: That all countries will allocate defense spending, and, in time of war, work together to defeat the common enemy. V:That all signatory countries will try to engage in becoming more social and friendly, by holding international events and festivals to promote continental unity. VI: That all nations, yearly, will participate in a KTO summit held in a different nation's capital each year in the continent of Keris. VII: That all signatory countries realize that humans have certain inalienable rights that should not be infringed upon, such as freedom of speech, thought, religion, and certain basic human needs that need to be fulfilled, such as access to water, shelter, food, etc. VIII: That all signatory countries will actively try to improve Keris' look and power on the world stage through responsible actions. VIIII: That all signatory countries will collectively work to try to improve their environmental standards collectively, and protect the natural beauty and culture of Keris. X: That if a country breaches the aforementioned, is consistently in conflict with aforementioned rules, is treating its civilians in an inhumane way, or is constantly acting in an unprofessional and unseemly way, they will be ejected from the treaty. XI: And until said ejected country(s) redeems itself, the KTO will actively sanction them in trade and diplomacy.
