| DECLARATION OF KANJOR NEUTRALITY I. Kanjor declares itself to be neutral in all foreign wars, current and future, and will not aid any belligerent parties either financially or materially. II. Kanjor renounces the right to use its armed forces for conquest, and shall not aid other nations in conquests of third parties. III. Signatories of this treaty, excluding Kanjor, will act as guarantor of Kanjor's neutrality and act to preserve it by not unduly pressuring the government of Kanjor to break its neutrality. IV. No nation signing this treaty is obliged to come to Kanjor's defense as a result of this treaty, although separate arrangements guaranteeing Kanjor's sovereignty shall remain active unless violating I. of this treaty. V. Kanjor reserves the right to close its borders (including, but not limited to, road, sea and air access) to any foreign nation. VI. Signatories of this treaty, excluding Kanjor, are prohibited from stationing troops inside Kanjor's borders. VII. Kanjor will continue trading with nations both at war and peace, regardless of foreign policy or ideology. VIII. Kanjor will continue to allow the establishment of embassies in its sovereign territory. IX. All signatories hereby agree to all of the articles within this treaty.
