Preface
The Terran Sovereignty Coalition is a military and political alliance based on the principles of mutual cooperation, collective security and sovereign prosperity. The Terran Sovereignty Coalition will be made up of the following founding members: Vanuku, Keymon, and Lourenne. All of these founding members reassert the need for the continued sovereignty of all members. The main objective of the Terran Sovereignty Coalition is as follows:
1)Defend the Sovereignty of All of Its Members
2)Defend Against Attacks Against It’s Member States, Including Attacks from Terrorists, Nation-states, or Other Bodies
3)Prevent Hostile Attacks, Both Political and Military, Against It’s Member States
4)Defend All Members States From Attempts of Annexation, Puppeteering, Attacking, or Threats
5)Defend All Member-States From Attacks Against there Sovereignty, and if Necessary, Militarily Fight Other Nation’s to Defend Member States Sovereign Rights

Article I – Foundation and Principles of the Terran Sovereignty Coalition
Section 1 – The Foundation of the Terran Sovereignty Coalition is meant for continued sovereignty of its members, as well as general stability, peace and prosperity throughout the world.

Section 2 – The Terran Sovereignty Coalition has three (3) core principles for all members:

Inter-organizational respect;
Inter-organizational sovereignty;
Inter-organizational defense;

These principles are core to the Terran Sovereignty Coalition and are paramount to the success of the organization and its members.

Section 3 – Definitions of the Principles of the Terran Sovereignty Coalition

Mutual cooperation is defined as cooperating with fellow Terran Sovereignty Coalition members in economic, political, military and other ventures that would be mutually beneficial to all members;
Collective security is defined as working together with members to provide for security and safety of member’s citizens, collective security is not always defined as direct military intervention but also humanitarian aid and supporting members combined with military aid if able to be provided;
Economic prosperity is defined as mutually advantageous trade agreements between member states

Article II – Organization of the Terran Sovereignty Coalition
Section 1 – The Terran Sovereignty Coalition is comprised of four (4) primary organs:

General Council
Defense Council
Administrative Council




Section 2 – The composition of the organs of the Terran Sovereignty Coalition are as follows:

General Council – Heads of State, Heads of Government or other representatives appointed by the governments of member states;
Defense Council – Ministers of Defense, high-ranking military officials or other representatives appointed by the governments of member states;
Administrative Council – Organized as a multi-national civil service meant as a means to staff, organize and carry out day to day operations of theTerran Sovereignty Coalition. The Administrative Council is headed by an appointed Director with approval by the General Council.

Section 3 – The general duties of the organs of the Terran Sovereignty Coalition:

General Council – The General Council is the overall leadership of the Terran Sovereignty Coalition. The General Council has authority to do whatever it feels is appropriate and proper to carry out and adhere to the principles of the Terran Sovereignty Coalition, has the authority of amending the articles of the Terran Sovereignty Coalition Treaty, authority to make agreements and resolutions based on consensus of the General Council;
Defense Council – The Defense Council is responsible for operations and management of the “Collective security” principle of the Defense Council;
Administrative Directorate – The Administrative Directorate is tasked with day-to-day operations of the Terran Sovereignty Coalition and is tasked with carrying out all directives by the General Council

Article III – Membership in the Terran Sovereignty Coalition
Section 1 – Membership in the Terran Sovereignty Coalitionl is open to all nations within Terra, approval must be given by the General Council by consensus vote;

Section 2 – Membership in the Northern Council must be approved by two-thirds (2/3) of a prospective states national legislature with consenting signatures of required officials;

Section 3 – Members of the Terran Sovereignty Coalition are expected to contribute to its operation, member states of the Terran Sovereignty Coalition must provide at minimum twenty-five million Lodamese dollars ($25m) every two years and must contribute in times of emergency when agreed by the General Council.



Article IV – Amendments to the Terran Sovereignty Coalition Treaty
Section 1 – Amendments to the Terran Sovereignty Coalition Treaty can be added or removed by consensus of the General Council.
