Endralon - Kizenia / New Endralon Treaty of Friendship, Co-operation and Free Trade

| This agreement is signed between the countries Ndrálonai Nagy Királyság (Endralon) and Confederaţia Noului Endralon, Kizenia Sullestia şi Kuzaki (Kizenia) and must be ratified by their respective Legislative branch. 1-Justice and Civil A - Agreement of reciprocal extradition The signatory countries are forced to extradite nationals or foreigners residing in their respective sovereign territories at the request of an authorized judge. If the accused is sentenced (or close to sentencing) to the capital punishment or with cruel or inhumane treatment, the country will have the right to protect the security of the person. B-Elimination of visa The signatories will commit to eliminate the visa requirement for citizens of both countries. C - Discrimination prevention clause. The signatory countries undertake do not discriminate against the citizens of the other country signatory for ethnic, religious or political reasons or any other issue of a personal or public nature. The registration requirement on these personal matters is eliminated for the citizens of the other country. If there is one already registered, it will be removed from the database at the request of the person concerned. This point will be independent of the national legislation, with the except for the citizens of the another signatory country in question. 2- Scientific and educational cooperation A- For this agreement, Kizenia will commit to providing grants for university students exchanges of Endralon, promoting Masters, doctorates, internships, practical experiences and training within universities, laboratories and domestic institutes. B - The country will commit to promoting science and research, through the Terran Society for the promotion of science (national agency of science and technology), affiliating and sponsoring local research centers of Endralon, generating joints projects, exchanges of bibliographic-didactic material and research works between both 3 - Economic and investment agreements A- The Government of Kizenia undertake to the international cooperation with loans, donations and credits to Endralon for productive and social investment. B-The credits will be executed under the coordination of development and domestic investment banks of Kizenia and will require that Endralon open an account in such institutions and comply with the minium requirements. The aid international agreements will be carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the body that it designates. The Government of Kizenia will commit not to seize, freeze, confiscate or close accounts of Endralon. Endralon will sign in reciprocity. C- For this agreement, Endralon undertakes to inform to Kizenia about the account of individuals, organizations or companies from this country in domestic banks. This information will be automatic and will not require further paperwork. D - Both countries agree not to expropriate, close, liquidate transnational companies (based in the other signatory country) for a minimum of 10 years since the original investment, or expansion about 15% and to avoid these practices with these companies. Any dispute over eminent domain will be resolved at the Terran International Bank or the Kizaki Development Bank. 4 - Military agreements A- The contracting parties pledge to share intellegence gatherd that is deemed crucial for the survival of the other nation and shall aid in the maintenance of public order, security of borders and the sovereignity of each nation and its terretories if one of the contracting parties requests for it; B- Military Research and Development The contracting parties accept and pledge to aid eachother in the development of military equipment and manufacturing of military materials, equipment and vehicles to increase the common strength of the alliance and share military technology with eachother; C- Materiel As part of the agreement, Endralon will be able to buy Military materiel without restriction from Kizenia to modernize the armed forces. To guarantee accessibility, Kizenia is committed to grant soft loans or donations. The war material for these transactions must be in accordance with international law. D- Military Alliance The contracting parties pledge and agree to regularly participate in joint training sessions to get familiar with eachothers tactics and practices. The contracting parties also pledge that an attack on one contracting party is an attack on both nations and shall defend eachother when attacked; E- War If Endralon or Kizenia wish to declare war on another nation the contracting parties should discuss the move and commonly agree for it to pass. Should one of the contracting parties neglect to negotiate the move or disagree on the attack / war declaration then the other party is not obligated to assist, if they do then the nation who declares the war shall assume the role as war leader and lead the alliance's war efforts In a defensive war the warleader will be the defending army or if occupied or too weak to do so then the other contracting party shall assume the role of warleader; F- Mutual Friendship & Diplomatic Alliance The contracting parties express their mutual friendship openly and shall establish embassies in eachothers nations as wel as to recognize eachothers sovereignity and claims. Endralon and Kizenia agree to both aid and protect eachother as well as those not only in the battlefield but also in the diplomatic sphere such as international institutions, organizations and contact and relations with other nations; G- Sovereignty Under this agreement, the parties allow the free transit of the troops of both countries. This military agreement guarantees the sovereignty of the Endralon. To preserve peace, territorial integrity and sovereignty, Kizenia will be able to install 3 military bases in Endralon. 5 - Bilateral trade agreements A - Kizenia will allow Endralon to export these products free of customs duties Agricultural products sweet potatoes, vegetables, corn, sugarcane, tobacco, cotton, tea, coffe, water, Mineral and energy crude oil, gas, coal, uranium, gold, silver, mineral resources, diamonds, coltan, molybdenum, zinc, titanium, rare earth elements and electric energy livestock Products pig, meat, lamb and fish. Meats, skins, leathers and derived. Manufactured Copper and electrical supplies, textiles. B - Endralon guarantees the free movement (including the exemption from taxes, duty and fees) of these products or services provided by companies of Kizenia Services and manufacturing Software, security, Cars, chemical products, planes, polymers, telephones (including smartphones, laptops, PCs and consumer goods), Medical service and supplies, pharmaceutical drugs, weapons and military products, satellite services (included licenses about exploration and explotation with Peaceful Uses Outer Space), international Shippings (e-commerce included), air-travels (open skies policy for airlines), sea-travels, train service, capital goods, ICT systems and services, financial services and media service. |
