(This treaty was created by Jane Burton of the National Monarchist Party of Hutori).

The Commonwealth of Hutori has created this agreement to extend the growth and influence of Hutori economically via mutually beneficial relationships.

Article 1. Ratification.
I. Ratifying countries shall notify Hutori of their intent to join.
II. Ratifying nations who break this treaty by violating the agreements shall be considered in violation, and thus have their status revoked.
Article 2. Agreement
I. No nation in the agreement shall impose tariffs or quotas upon goods from Hutori.
II. Hutori shall not impose tariffs or quotas on the signatory nation.
Article 3. Optional Provisions
I. Nations should value their currencies in terms of gold to facilitate easier transactions between nations.
