Hulstrian and Gao-Sotan and Lourenne Treaty of Friendship Cooperation and Safety

Article I
Hulstria and Gao-Soto and Lourenne agree to respect to the fullest extent of international law, the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of each other.

Article II
Both nations agree to exchange ambassadors and embassies and in their respective national capitals establish chanceries. Full diplomatic protections will be extended to the ambassadors and embassies. Each country reserves the right to further establish 3 consulates in other areas of the respective nations.

Article III
In order to increase bilateral economic ties, trade barriers between the two nations shall be dismantled with a goal of free trade between the two nations to be achieved within 15 years. A joint board of trade and economics consisting of 5 representatives from each nation will convene to settle economic and trade disputes.

Article IV
Each nation will afford citizens and nationals of the others full legal protection and due process of law protections. In matters of extradition, all requests for extraditions of persons who are nations and citizens of the other nation or other nations shall be honoured. In cases of extradition requests for citizens and nationals of the respective nations, a joint committee consisting of three jurists from each nation will be formed to examine such petitions.

Article V
In order to promote closer understanding and greater cooperation, each government shall encourage and establish cultural and educational exchange programs.

Article VI
Both nations are committed to fighting all forms of transnational crime and shall cooperate in all areas here including but not limited to counter-terrorism, counter-narcotics, combating human trafficking, and other forms of crime.

Article VII
Both nations are committed to mutual security and collective defence and shall cooperate in areas of defence and intelligence. Officer and technical person exchanges will be enacted along with transfer of arms and defence technology.

Article Vlll
Hulstria and Gao-Soto will allocate the 300-acre Closed Riender Air Force Base and give this base to the Lourennean Government. They will be allowed to house every legal weapon an troops that they desire. (Biological and Gas Weapons are not allowed). They are allowed to house nuclear weapons at the base but Hulstria and Gao-Soto will not be responsible for any weapons launched from that base that isn't the property of Hulstria and Gao-Soto
