The Three Mountains Agreement

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲

We the ratifiers, determined to safeguard the freedom, common interest and civilisation of our peoples, founded on the principles of democracy, individual liberty and the rule of law. We seek to promote stability, and cooperation and well-being throughout terra. We are resolved to unite our efforts for collective defence and for the preservation of peace and security. We therefore agree to this Three Mountains Agreement.

𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟭: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

The contracting parties of this treaty, shall not be barred from entry due to the origins of the agreement. As such any nation seeking to promote stability and peace shall enter.

𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟮: 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

The contracting parties pledge to assure reciprocal military cooperation, mutual defence and agree to share military intelligence with each other, where it is deemed beneficial to either party on the basis that the contracting parties have a commitment to the each other and, therefore, a direct interest in the future survival of each other.

𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟯: 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹

The contracting parties agree to establish a Council by which each of them shall be represented, to consider matters concerning the implementation of this Treaty. The Council shall be organised as to be able to meet promptly at any time. The Council shall set up such subsidiary bodies as may be necessary; in particular it shall establish immediately a defence committee which shall recommend measures for the implementation of peace and collective security.

𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟰: 𝗠𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆

The contracting parties agree to the principle that an attack on one contracting party is an attack on all contracting parties and each party shall defend each other upon attack. The contracting parties agree to give, if requested, logistic as well as monetary aid in case for defensive needs.

𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟱: 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

The contracting parties accept and pledge to aid each other in the development of military equipment and manufacturing of military materials, equipment and vehicles to increase the common strength of the alliance and share military technology with each other;

𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟲: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

The contracting parties pledge to establish regular meetings and communications in order to agree on foreign and strategic policies which can meet at best, the needs and the national interests of the contracting parties, and to solve peacefully, all the possible contrasts and issues between them.

𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟳: 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

The treaty shall allow for any nation to join once approval from the founding members Kazulia, Lourenne and Hulstria is obtained. The nations which decide to ratify the treaty, will become full members of the community established by the terms of this treaty and bind themselves to its provisions and stipulations. However, if either of the named nations i.e. Kazulia, Lourenne and/or Hulstria abrogate this treaty then it shall not be cancelled, but shall continue to exist under a new leadership, regardless of who abrogates.
