Mordusian Trade Association and Economic Pact

| The Republic of Mordusia and its legal successors in order to form a more stable, secure and peaceful international order announce this formal declaration on Mordusian International Trade and Economics. This trade association and economic pact focuses on the tenants of Mordusian International Trade and Economics. Article I – Trade (1) Assist and build in cooperation with each other fair and equal trade legislation that focuses on economic growth, economic freedom and equality in trade; (2) Permit the assigning of certain trade statuses as per the Mordusian government and what assigned statuses mean for trade and economics between the two nations; (3) Cooperation in the development of trade blocs, further trade associations, trade agreements and other matters relating to trade based on popular ascent and appropriate decisions at the time of agreement; (4) Permitting the formation of business, trade and economic councils in both the private and public sector that study, educate and seek to develop trade and economic relations between Mordusian and it’s trade and economic partners. Article II – Economics (1) Develop and enhance economic cooperation in all fields for mutual prosperous economics between Mordusian and its trade and economic partners; (2) Contribute to reserve currencies between Mordusian and trade and economic partners; (3) Organize and ensure ease of access for businesses to operate within Mordusian when they belong to foreign states, individual or other foreign statuses and ensure that all proper regulations, legislation and other stipulations are followed as per law of Mordusian and visa versa with trade and economic partners. As a signatory of this trade association and economic pact, I hereby agree to adhere to the articles outlined above and the common principles of international law and trade, (SIGNATURE WOULD GO HERE) |
