| ๐ฟ๐๐ซ๐ค๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฟ๐๐๐ก๐๐ง๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐ค๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฎ Crafted after spending several months in it's draft phase, the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Davostan hereby ratifies a Declaration of Neutrality to become binding upon it's passage, and for it's effects to become effective immediately after it's passage as well. ๐๐ฅ๐ง๐๐๐๐ ๐: ยง The Republic of Davostan shall adopt a formal policy of armed neutrality, however this doctrine shall only fall into effect under rare times of significant duress upon the nation. In times of peace no hostile actions shall be undertaken by the nation unless it is for such aforementioned reasons, which are to also include the preserving of her sovereignty. ๐๐ฅ๐ง๐๐๐๐ ๐๐: ยง Signatories who bring this declaration into vote and passage upon their own nations hereby recognize the Republic of Davostan's sovereignty and neutrality declaration, alongside guaranteeing it shall launch no hostilities upon her by their military forces. ๐๐ฅ๐ง๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐: ยง This declaration is strictly limited to neutrality in major diplomatic affairs in Terra, which include, but are not limited to: -Diplomatic tensions between powers -Trade and territorial disputes -Regional conflicts -Far-reaching conflicts (formal instances of war) ๐๐ฅ๐ง๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฉ: ยง Davostan is not barred from engaging in free trade and forging diplomatic relationships with other powers, as well as applying for membership in economic alliances. Her membership within the World Congress is also still binding. |
