| This treaty reaffirms the common interest of military cooperation between the nations of Keymon and Vanuku and shall henceforth serve as the base for future cooperation between Keymon and Vanuku in the future. Article I Both nations recognise the sovereignty of the other and will not violate or undermine said sovereignty. Article II Both nations will establish embassies and diplomatic missions with the other. Members of said diplomatic missions shall be granted diplomatic immunity. Both nations shall also allow the establishment of consulates. Article III Both nations pledge to fight terrorism and non-state actors that threaten the others national security Article IV Vanuku, recognizing the importance of the shipping industry to the economy of Keymon, will provide 5 merchant ships to the Keymon Government every year for 5 years Article V Vanuku, recognizing the importance of the shipping industry to the economy of Keymon, will provide logistical and construction advice to Keymonite officials at major ports Article VI Keymon, noting the importance of the nations agricultural exports to Vanuku, promises to export 10 billion LOD worth of agricultural produce to Vanuku Secret Articles: (These articles are only seen by the governments of the signatory nations. Persons claiming to have knowledge of these article must bring forward factual evidence (role-play discussions). Article VII Keymon hereby gives Vanuku the right to station naval vessels at Keymon Naval Bases, only if said stationing is approved by the Keymon Ministry of Defense and if said stationing benefits both parties Article VIII Vanuku will pay the government of Keymon 2 billion LOD every year Article IX Vanuku Naval Vessels will receive top priority when it comes to refueling, repairs, and other necessary amenities when docking in Keymon Ports |
