The Government of the Dranian Federation and the Government of Seko:

Recognizing their profound respect for each other and the state of perpetual friendship which exists between the two, and;

Recognizing the commitment to low-cost transportation between the two countries which exists through Article 30 in the Seko-Dankuk Declaration of Friendship (http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=4579);

Have agreed as follows,

𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝟏

There shall be established a multinational corporation known as the "Seko-Dankuk Ferry Corporation" with its headquarters divided between the city of Seikyo, Hokuzan Circuit, Seko, and the city of Monyeol, Elbiana Province, Dankuk.

𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝟐

The Corporation shall be owned equally by the Governments of Seko and Dankuk.

𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝟑

The operations of the Corporation shall be managed by the employees of the Corporation.

𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝟒

All operational expenses in excess of revenues shall be subsidized equally by the Governments of Seko and Dankuk.
