Treaty of Bindeborg

| With the Passage of this Treaty the State of War that Existed Between the Third Kivonian Republic, Republic of Telamon and Commonwealth of Hutori is hereby ended. These entities are herein referred to as Davostan, Telamon & Hutori respectively. 1.) The Third Kivonian Republic and it's government is hereby dissolved. 2.) The National Salvation Party and it's political ideology is permanently banned from Davostan. 3.) Officers of the Kivonian Military will be tried by an international court for War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity. Those officers charged will be done so at the discretion of the Allied Military Occupation Commission. 4.) Davostan is Expressly forbidden from possessing a Military Force or Intelligence Service of any kind for a period of no less then 20 years, at the discretion of the Allied Military Occupation Commission 5.) Political Matters not handled by the Allied Military Commission will be administered by the Civillian Advisory Assembly, an elected body of Davostani nationals. 6.) Hutori will solely occupy the provinces of Sonderhavn, Kovmark & Ostraland for a period no less then 20 years. This area is hereby known as the Commonwealth Occupation Zone. 7.) The Commonwealth Occupation Zone is to be Administered by the Commonwealth Occupation Authority whose authority is final on all matters is final within area of it's jurisdiction and control. These matters can be devolved to the Civillian Advisory Assembly at the discretion of the Governor General of the Commonwealth Occupation Authority. 8.) Economic and Political Entities of any kind will require the permission of the Commonwealth Occupation Authority to function and operate within the Commonwealth Occupation Zone. 9.) Davostan will allow for the creation of Hutorian military bases without restriction on areas underneath the Commonwealth Occupation Commission, with their leases set at 999 years. The Davostani Government will be paid 1 HLR per annum for these bases. 10.) Telamon will solely occupy the Province of Bindeborg for a period of no less then 20 years and have total economic, political military related control over this territory. 11.) Hutori & Telamon will jointly occupy the Province of Dovmark of no less then 20 years. Decisions related to Dovmark will be made jointly by the Governor General of the Commonwealth Occupation Authority and the Authority designated by the Telamon Government. |
