The signatory states of this agreement agree to be bound by the following articles: Article 1: The two countries are obligated to defend each other in the event that one of these two countries is attacked Article 2: When one of these two countries attacks any country, the other country is not obligated to attack with it unless it requests that Article 3: The two states undertake to provide each other with military and political support Article 4: The two countries exchange military missions, training, and intelligence information Article 5: Establishing a joint operations room between the two countries Article 6: The exchange of technologies and experiences in the manufacture of weapons and the transfer of military technology Article 7: This agreement and its stipulations remain in effect even if one of the two countries is subjected to prohibiting the sale or purchase of weapons Article 8: The two countries are obligated to work together to combat terrorism, organized crime, piracy and cyber attacks |
