| By ratifiyng this treaty the 5th Great Democratic Republic of Lodamun and the Federation of the Deltarian Socialist Republic agree to pursue friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation in a number of spheres. Preamble, Despite some ideological differences between the two signatory nations both Lodamun and Deltaria are leftist nations seeking to better the lives of not only their citizens but the people of the world. It is the intent of this treaty to bring both nations closer together in order to achieve these aims and ensure a long lasting and productive friendship. By ratifying this treaty the following articles will become binding upon the signatories, Article I Lodamun and Deltaria are to establish consulates and embassies in each others nations for the purpose of streamlined communication Article II Lodamun and Deltaria will cooperate in matters impacting one or both signing nations Article III Lodamese public and private businesses will be allowed to invest Deltarian state owned enterprises with permission from the federal government Article IV Deltarian state owned enterprises will be allowed to invest in both private and public Lodamese businesses Article V Deltaria and Lodamun agree to expand direct trade relations after ratification Article VI Lodamun and Deltaria will engage in student exchanges, cultural festivals as well ease travel regulations between the two nations Article VII Lodamun and Deltaria pledge all possible support and aid to the other in the event of a natural disaster or humanitarian crisis in one or both signatory states |
