Following the most recent events taken place in the nation of Pontesi, named the ethnic cleansing stablished by its government, the creation of death camps, and the oppresion of the Pontesian people and of minority groups presented in the nation, such as women, LGBT people or selected nationalities (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=30&start=520#p169995, http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1585&p=169776#p169776):

THE HONOURABLE SIGNATORIES,

ALARMED BY the Rerpublican Party of Pontesi, and its policy of establishing in the nation a protofascist regime, accompained by the implementation of highly discriminatory and inhumane laws and reforms regarding sex, gender, religion and race,

AND DETERMINED to stand united in their opposition to such heinous actions and work towards the expulsion of such supremacist ideologies from Terra once and for all,

AFFIRMING the compromise of the signatory nations with the fundamental rights of every human being and the responsibility of the international community, and individual governments, to protect these rights that can never be taken for granted,

AND DENOUNCING the inhumane practices and crimes against humanity implemented by the government of Pontesi, namely slavery, unwarranted execution, segregation, women submission, concentration camps, religious and sexual discrimination, and excessive censorship of the media,

HAVE AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING:

1) No member, representative, or ambassador of the Government of Pontesi shall be allowed entry into or passage through the territory of the signatories, up to and including maritime, terrestrial and aerial boundaries;

2) An economic embargo shall be put in place by the signatories on the nation of Pontesi and any entity that continues economic operations in with Pontesi;

3) All signatory nations agree to freeze all assets belonging to members or collaborators of the Government of Pontesi within their own borders;

4) The contracting parties shall work with other non-signatory members of the international community to put pressure on Pontesi to end its inhumane practices and respect the human rights of all within their borders;

5) Signatories affirm to accept a self-set number of refugees from Pontesi who are fleeing from oppression, discrimination, threats of immediate violence;

6) The provisions written in this treaty shall remain in place until the Government of Pontesi reinstitutes universal human rights to its entire population, abolishes slavery, ends and apologizes for all crimes against humanity and ends its policies of racial, sexual, religious, and disability discrimination.
