| This act of the Augustan Empire and its legal successors, hereby creates the "Strategic Economic Initiative" (hereby referred to as the SEI) which is a strategic goal of the Augustan Empire to build fair economic ties with nations across the world, ensure access to both domestic and foreign markets and develop fair economic and labor practices throughout the world. Section 1 – Trade (Article 1) Assist and build in cooperation with each other fair and equal trade legislation that focuses on economic growth, economic freedom and equality in trade; (Article 2) Permit the assigning of certain trade statuses as per the Augustan (Zardic) government and what assigned statuses mean for trade and economics between the two nations; (Article 3) Cooperation in the development of trade blocs, further trade associations, trade agreements and other matters relating to trade based on popular ascent and appropriate decisions at the time of agreement; (Article 4) Permitting the formation of business, trade and economic councils in both the private and public sector that study, educate and seek to develop trade and economic relations between Augustan (Zardic) and it’s trade and economic partners. Article II – Economics (Article 1) Develop and enhance economic cooperation in all fields for mutual prosperous economics between Augustan (Zardic) and its trade and economic partners; (Article 2) Contribute to reserve currencies between Augustan (Zardic) and trade and economic partners; (Article 3) Organize and ensure ease of access for businesses to operate within Augustan (Zardic) when they belong to foreign states, individual or other foreign statuses and ensure that all proper regulations, legislation and other stipulations are followed as per law of Augustan (Zardic) and visa versa with trade and economic partners.
