| This Pact constitutes a defensive agreement intended to contain Malivian aggression and protect the national sovereignty of Hobrazia, Narikaton & Darnussia, Selucia, and Keymon. ARTICLE I. MEMBERSHIP Section 1. Primary signatories to this Pact may include Hobrazia, Narikaton & Darnussia, Selucia, and Keymon Section 2. Secondary signatories may include any other Terran nation. Section 3. Any signatory may be free to revoke its signature at any time, with approval from its national legislature. ARTICLE II. OBLIGATIONS Section 1. Signatories to this Pact agree to commit to mutual defense. A Malivian attack on any primary signatory will be regarded a as a declaration of war on all signatories. Section 2. In the event of war, all signatories agree to participate in mutual defense, participating with the full force of their national military. Section 3. All signatories to this Pact agree to share intelligence regarding Malivia's extra-military hostile operations, and to reasonably cooperate in the protection of signatories against Malivian hostility. Section 4. All primary signatories to this Pact agree not to declare war on Malivia preemptively. Section 5. All primary signatories agree to make a reasonable effort to coordinate non-military defensive measures, such as economic sanctions or border security. ARTICLE III. AMENDMENT & DISSOLUTION Section 1. This Pact may be amended at any time by a 2/3 vote of all signatories. A simple majority of primary signatories must also be obtained on any proposed amendment. Section 2. Should all primary signatories leave this Pact, the Pact shall be considered null and void. |
