| Every signatory country offers public healthcare to citizens of other signatory members in the signatory country, as if the foreign citizen was a signatory member's citizen The agreement covers: medically necessary care out of hospital medically necessary care as a public patient in a public hospital some prescription medicines at the general rate. |
