| 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟭 -The Monarch of Deltaria, from the House of Branohov, becomes the official head of state of any nation joining the Commonwealth of Sovereign States -Only in Deltaria will the King have duties and responsibilities, in other commonwealth nations the King shall be represented by a directly elected Governor-General, who serves as the crown its representative in said nation. 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟮 -All member states pledge to work together by joining the "Committee for Intercommonwealth Affairs", consisting of two representatives of each member state and tasked with keeping a open dialogue between states, the Committee is only meant to discuss topics but not take action on them. It can issue advice to the Council. 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟯 -All member states will pledge to stimulate and maintain security cooperation in the form of joint exercises, intelligence sharing and common security goals 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟰 -All member states are obligated to maintain strong economic ties with one another and eliminate as many trade barriers as possible, prioritizing trade with one another 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟱 -A "Commonwealth Council" consisting of all HOG's of the commonwealth shall be created, which will discuss security, trade, cooperation and diplomacy whenever convened -The Commonwealth Council may be convened by the Monarch -The Commonwealth Council is chaired by the Monarch but he/she does not have voting rights in it -The Commonwealth Council may vote on resolutions concerning the responsibilities of the Commonwealth and that obligate members to execute certain actions regarding security, trade, diplomacy. A unanimous vote is required to pass a resolution. |
