Socialist States Military Cooperation Treaty (Gongmangdo Pact)

PREAMBLE:

In order to protect socialism against the global counterrevolutionary forces, the socialist states have agreed on uniting as one sole military bloc.

ARTICLE 1 - Collective Defense:

All member states have to declare war on aggressors against single member states as an act of collective defense.

ARTICLE 2 - Declaring War:

It is possible for the pact to collectively declare war on other countries. A supermajority of 2/3 of its members have to agree on that.

ARTICLE 3 - Ideological Cooperation:

The counterrevolution does not only fight with guns, but also with ideological means. Therefore the member states agree on ideological cooperation on the basis of the foundations of socialism in order to stay on course.

ARTICLE 4 - Economic Cooperation:

In order to boost the strength of the socialist countries, the member states will have trade relations among each other. If this will be based on international planning or simple state-to-state trade relations is up on the member states themselves.

ARTICLE 5 - Military Technology Exchange:

The members will closely cooperate on the field of arms production and military technology. In order to guarantee a similar level of development and compatible arms, military technology exchange will be mandatory and the arms production will be centrally supervised by the Executive Committee.

Article 6 - Leading Organs:

The pact is headed by a Chairman. The chairmanship will rotate between the membership states after each office term. The leading organ is the Executive Committee. Every member state has an equal voice in votes.
