Dorvish-Dundorfian Strategic Partnership Agreement

| This agreement is between the Kingdom of Dorvik (and its legal successors) and Dundorf (and its legal successors). This agreement shall be binding upon both parties pending ratification. This treaty is signed by authorized representatives from the Kingdom of Dorvik (hereby referred to as "Dorvik) and the Dundorf (hereby referred to as "Dundorf”). Article 1 - Diplomatic Affairs Section 1 - Dorvik and Dundorf will forgo armed conflict as a means of resolving differences and disputes, Dorvik and Dundorf agree to all diplomatic efforts in order to prevent armed conflict between nations; Section 2 - Dorvik and Dundorf will allow the establishment of one formal embassy and a number of consulates and other diplomatic outposts as agreed upon by the respective foreign affairs authorities within each nation; Section 3 - Dorvik and Dundorf agree, in principle, to cooperate on matters of International affairs when they impact both nations or the continent simultaneously; Article 2 - Defense and Security Affairs Section 1 - Dorvik and Dundorf agree in principle to cooperate on matters of International security when they impact both nations or the continent simultaneously; Section 2 - Dorvik and Dundorf will develop a joint foreign and domestic intelligence sharing program that does not endanger the national security or respective state secrets of each nation; Section 3 - Dorvik and Dundorf agree to periodic military and security exercises to ensure interoperability and cooperation between the two nations in defense and security affairs; Section 4 - Dorvik and Dundorf agree to assist each other in technological and research related defense and security cooperation that does not endanger the national security or respective state secrets of each nation; Section 5 - Dorvik shall open and operate a joint air base located in the southern regions of Dundorf for the purpose of defense and security cooperation, the development of a training program for the Dundorfian military and the whatever other business as agreed upon by the signatory nations. Article 3 - Financial and Economic Affairs Section 1 - Dorvik and Dundorf agree to establish a free trade agreement that protects and benefits each nations economy, the two signatory nations agree in principle to eliminate most or all tariffs between the two nations; Section 2 - Dorvik and Dundorf agree to the creation of a joint financial and economic council to better develop robust economic policies that benefit both nations and work to grow both nations economies; Section 3 - Dorvik and Dundorf agree to appoint a neutral panel of experts to settle financial and economic disputes between the two signatory nations should a matter arise that requires arbitration; Section 4 - Dorvik and Dundorf agree to foster financial and economic cooperation between the two nations wherever possible. Article 4 - Judicial Affairs Section 1 - Dorvik and Dundorf agree to discuss and cooperate on matters of extradition and judicial affairs regarding respective nations citizens that are not charged with capital-level offenses or terrorism-related offenses; Section 2 - Dorvik and Dundorf agree to peacefully resolve other issues that arise between the two nations as proscribed in Article 1 of this treaty.
