| This agreement between Yindala Da Tong and Royaume-Uni de Kanjor will be in effect upon ratification by the parties hereto. The agreement shall consist of the following provisions: 1. Steel Purchase. Yindala Da Tong shall sell to Royaume-Uni de Kanjor five million (5,000,000) metric tonnes of processed steel per annum at 25% above market price to be determined as of the date of delivery. 2. Withdrawal: Should either Yindala Da Tong or Royaume-Uni de Kanjor decide to withdraw from this treaty, six (6) months notice shall be given by the withdrawing party. All transactions completed prior to such notice shall be considered valid and continue in effect. |
