The Treaty of Alchester : The Foundation of the Free Nations League (FNL)

Item 1:

All countries in the world can join the Free Nations League (FNL), if they meet the above criteria.

If a nation attacks a member of the FNL, then the other members must consider this attack as an attack on their own nation and declare a state of war between that country and yours.

All the decisions of the FNL will have to be submitted to the vote of the member states, the Council of the FNL will have to treat each decision with great impartiality.

1: Equal Member of the Free Nations League
An equal member is a member of the FNL who has the same rights as all other members, he has seats on the Council and a member of his delegation to also compete for the Presidency of the Council, this kind of member can have a president of the FNL, he is also a member not dependent on the economic aid provided by the Free Nations League
2: Dependent Member of the Free Nations League:
This type of member has the same rights as the Equal Members of the League, but are economically dependent on it and its economic aid, these are therefore muzzled by the will of equal members and must comply with their will in exchange for economic aid from the League.
3: Vassal of a Member of the FNL:
This is the rarest case, these countries are members of the FNL, but are vassals of other members and therefore their rights within the FNL are more restricted, they can ask for economic aid or military to the FNL, but they do not have a seat on the Council and cannot have the rotating Presidency of the FNL, and so their fates lie in the hands of the other members.
