Valruzia-Delteria Free Trade and Recognition Treaty

| The nations of Valruzia and Delteria, in recognising that our nations wish to further national relations, hereby recognise this treaty as the start of a new generation in respectable, and friendly ties between our two states. Article I: Free Trade There shall be an unrestricted and unhindered trade between the nations of Valruzia and Deltaria. The governments of each nation shall not attempt to install tariffs, quotas, or taxes on any imports or exports that flow between them, this covers all economic activity. The national governments may choose to exclude certain industries in order to safeguard their economy. This should be done after informing the member government. Article II: Non Aggression Deltaria and Valruzia shall agree that the existing territorial boundaries of each are legitimate and correct and will respect them as such. Additionally, both states pledge non-aggression toward each other. Article III: Formal Recognition of Deltariánská říše. -Upon the signing of this treaty, Valruzia will formally recognize Deltariánská říše and her successor states as a country and respect as so. -Upon the signing of this treaty, Deltariánská říše will formally recognize Rzeczpospolita Walruzja and her successor states as a country and respect as so. Article IV: Terms -This treaty will last for an indefinite amount of time until both nations wish for this treaty to end. -This treaty may be edited with the approval of both nations. |
