                           𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗜 - 𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧, 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗘

                                 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘭𝘦 𝘐: 𝘌𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵
There shall exist a single market and economy among the signatory nations of this agreement, herein referred to as the “AU Single Market and Economy” and it shall be viewed as a core document of the Charter of the Artanian Union (i.e. by not signing onto the treaty, a nation would 𝗡𝗢𝗧 be considered fully apart of the Artanian Union).

                                 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘭𝘦 𝘐𝘐: 𝘔𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱
The members of this treaty shall be the signatory nations of the Charter of the Artanian Union and shall include those nations recognised herein:
 a) Aloria
 b) Beluzia
 c) Dorvik
 d) Dundorf
 e) Endralon
 f) Hawu Memenhes (formally known as Irkadon)
 g) Hobrazia
 h) Kirlawa
 i) Kundrati
 j) Luthori
 k) Malivia
 l) Narikaton and Darnussia
 m) Rutania

                                 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘭𝘦 𝘐𝘐𝘐: 𝘗𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦
The principal purposes of the single market and economy shall be:
 (A) To provide for the free movement of goods, services and the factories of production (i.e labour and capital), throughout signatory nations without taxes, tariffs and other barriers.
 (B) To develop a common external tariff on goods and services entering the region from extra-regional sources (i.e. nations outside of the region).
 (C) To coordinate positions/opinions on matters of local, regional and international importance in the forums where such opinions are aired.
 (D) To coordinate on matters related to economic and social development within the respective signatory nations and develop policies to address matters therein.

                           𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗜𝗜 - 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗𝗦, 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟

                                 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘭𝘦 𝘐𝘝: 𝘎𝘰𝘰𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴
The signatory nations agree that:
 (A) Free movement of goods and services shall be based on a customs union and the implementation of duties on exports and imports and quotas between member states shall be   deemed prohibited.
 (B) There shall be a commitment on the part of all signatory nations to work towards the adoption of a common tariff on imports originating from extra-regional nations.
 (C) Goods and services moving through the customs union shall be regulated by the AU Commission with productions between member states requiring certifications related to quality    and health standards and any other certifications as the AU Commission may determine.

                                 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘭𝘦 𝘝: 𝘗𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦
The signatory nations agree that:
 (A) There shall be free movement of persons and vehicles between the member states.
 (B) Free movement of persons shall related also to workers and shall entail the prohibition of positive and negative discrimination policies against persons originating from member     states.
 (C) There shall be closer cooperation among member states in harmonizing their national employment strategies to ensure persons from member states may enjoy the ease of access     to employment opportunities within various member states.
 (D) There shall be a harmonization of the workforce and educational qualifications related to labour to ensure where movement occurs between workers of two or more member states     that persons may enjoy a seamless system for which their state of origin’s qualifications may be recognised in another member state.
 (E) Citizens of the signatory nations shall maintain the right to establish businesses within other member states and shall enjoy the privileges exercised by the citizens of the host     nation.
 (F) There shall be a harmonization of road traffic rules and common recognition of licence plates and other related information among member states to ensure the smooth flow of traffic     among vehicles (be they automobiles, heavy vehicles etc).
 (G) There shall be a harmonization of identification among signatory nations to ensure citizens of member states no longer require visas and passports for movement within the AU    Single Market and Economy.

                                 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘭𝘦 𝘝𝘐: 𝘊𝘢𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭
 (A) There shall be free movement of capital belonging to individuals/citizens of the member states and policies which are viewed as discriminatory against said free movement of capital     shall be deemed prohibited upon ratification.
 (B) The AU Commission reserves the right to rule on matters about the free movement of capital among member states in circumstances as it may describe as necessary for the public     good.

                           𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗜𝗜𝗜 - 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗣𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

                                 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘭𝘦 𝘝𝘐𝘐: 𝘋𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘶𝘵𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯
Disputes arising out of either the ratification of the treaty or among member states within the operation of the treaty shall be resolved via the Dispute Resolution Council of the AU Commission and the rulings made by the said council shall be viewed as final and binding.

                                 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘭𝘦 𝘝𝘐𝘐𝘐: 𝘈𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴
Amendments to the treaty will be made exclusively by the Artanian Council and shall require 2/3 majority vote of all active (not suspended) "member states".
