Joint Keymon-Lourennais Declaration

| The Governments of the United Kingdom of Lourenne and the Principality of Keymon herein agree to the following: 1. That the Government of the United Kingdom of Lourenne (and its successor states) shall lease, up to a period determined by the Lourennais Government, the city of Beaumont-sur-Mer, to the Government of the Principality of Keymon. 2. That the Government of the Principality of Keymon (and its successor states) shall pay an annual amount of 500 million LOD to the Lourennais Government as payment for the aforementioned lease and an initial grant to the National Investment Corporation's Future Investment Fund and Green Fund for purposes related to Lourennais reconstruction. 3. That the laws which shall exist in Beaumont-sur-Mer for the duration of the aforementioned lease period shall be those codified in the Basic Laws of Beaumont-sur-Mer. 4. That the Government of the Principality of Keymon recognise that the Lourennais citizens residing within the city be granted the right to maintain their property and financial holdings alongside maintaining a special immigration status wherein they shall be viewed as citizens of both the United Kingdom of Lourenne and the Principality of Keymon. 5. That the administration of the city of Beaumont-sur-Mer shall be the responsibility of a civil administration chaired by a Chief Secretary who alongside an established executive council and a legislature shall be responsible for the day-to-day business of the city. 6.
